In Japan, a license is required to assist wheelchair users. Our staff are fully qualified.

日本では車いすを使用する利用者の搬送介助には資格が必要となります。

What is the process from booking to payment?
予約からお支払いまでの流れは？
Regarding payment, if you transfer money from overseas, it will take seven to ten days to confirm. As soon as we confirm your payment, we will secure the vehicle and staff, so we ask that you make your reservation at least two weeks in advance. However, if you wish to make a reservation less than two weeks in advance, it is possible that the reservation is already full. If we can accommodate your needs, payment by card or cash will be required at the end of the day.
入金に関しては海外からの送金の場合、確認までに1週間から10日かかります。入金確認ができ次第、車両とスタッフを確保しますので、遅くても2週間前には予約をお願いしております。しかし、2週間切ってご予約を希望される場合、予約が埋まっている可能性があります。対応できた場合は、当日終了ごとに現地でのカード決済または現金のお支払いとなります。

We are currently receiving many inquiries from around the world. However, even if you contact us a few days before your trip, we may not be able to accommodate you due to other reservations.In Japan, welfare vehicles are special vehicles that are different from regular taxis, so it is not always possible to arrange them several days in advance. Since we aim to transport safely under proper management, we also need to have detailed online meetings. Please consult with us in plenty of time.
おかげさまで世界各国から多くのお問い合わせがありますが、直前にお問い合わせいただいても対応できない場合があります。日本では福祉車両は特別な車で普通のタクシーとは違うため、別の予約がすでに入っていて直前に手配できるとも限りません。きちんとした管理の元で、安全な搬送をこころがけているため、オンラインでの綿密な打ち合わせが必要になります。お時間に余裕をもってご相談ください。
Is it possible to transport an electric wheelchair inside a car?
電動車いすは対応可能ですか？
Yes, we can. For caravans, the maximum load is 200kg, for Hiace, 250kg. If the load exceeds this limit, we may need to either hire additional staff to reduce the load on the lift, or decline the request. In the case of additional staff, an additional fee will be charged. Therefore, detailed discussions are required in advance.

Could you take our baggage along?
スーツケースも一緒に運んでもらえるの？
For example, if there are four people, each person will bring at least one baggage, so the total will be four. There may be cases where the lug does not fit in the car, and a separate vehicle for baggage may be required. Please contact us in advance.

We will be traveling from Osaka to Hiroshima by Shinkansen, so I would like you to pick us up and drop us off at the station.
