Should you wish to rent for a duration exceeding three days, please include an additional wheelchair rental service in your cart. This applies when both pick-up and return take place outside of Tokyo (e.g., Narita Airport).

キャンセルポリシー

Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance of the intended date of use. Please be advised that we are unable to issue refunds following payment. The difference will be charged to your credit card on-site. We ask that you hand over the wheelchair in person so that we can check for any defects when you hand it over and when you return it.
